Then, send back the item in an unused and unopened condition.

DELIVERYPlease note skinnuture only delivers items to Singapore addresses only. No foreign addresses will be entertained. Overseas orders are welcome in special arrangement.

If you select this option, a flat fee of SGD$2.90 will be charged for each order. Your order will be processed and shipped to you via Singapore Post ("Singpost") Registered Article Service. This allows your parcel to be tracked with a Registered Article Number. If you wish to track your parcel at anytime, kindly send an email to business@theprettyface.com.sg to request for your Registered Article Number.- Singpost (Certificate of Posting)
If you select this option, no fee will be charged for order. Your order will be processed and shipped to you via Singpost's Normal Non-Standard Mail. As proof of postage, The Skinnuture will obtain a certificate of posting from Singpost stating that your parcel has been shipped to the stated Name and Address. In the event of non-receipt by the customer, customer may request for the certificate of posting and we will scan and send you a copy. This shipping method does not allow for tracking of your order. If you wish to choose this option, please note that any losses due to non-delivery or parcels lost in transit will be borne solely by the customer.
CHANGE IN TERMS AND CONDITIONSThe Terms and Conditions may be changed from time to time. The User is encouraged to read the Terms and Conditions before any order is placed.
